As our instruments are used be used by musicians in a wide variety of settings — from studio work to live performance — each one is carefully serviced and extensively tested before being offered for sale.

Warranty: all gear comes with a minimum 6-month warranty (unless otherwise stated).

Shipping: all gear is always professionally packed and can be shipped worldwide. In order to provide you with the most optimal shipping solution to your location, exact shipping quotes will be calculated individually prior to each sale. Local pickup is also always available from our workshop in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Customs duties: if you are located in the parts of the world other than European Union, then you might be charged by additional import taxes depending on your country's regulations (please check with your local customs authority).

Payment options: Bank transfer, Paypal, Wise.

Returns: if, for some reason, you are not satisfied with an instrument purchased from us, we will accept a return within 14 working days of delivery.
